Corporate Plan 2011/2
The council invited comments on its draft Corporate Plan through a survey and workshop with residents.
The Corporate Plan will not cover all of the work the council does but will provide a clear statement of what areas the council will focus on. The document will set out objectives and priorities for the next four years (2012 -2016).

After considering the responses received and making amendments to the Corporate Plan, the document was agreed by full Council on 23 February 2012.
