What is anti-social behaviour?

Anti-social behaviour is any activity that impacts on other people in a negative way. Examples of anti-social behaviour include:

• nuisance neighbours
• rowdy and nuisance behaviour
• intimidating groups taking over public spaces
• vandalism, graffiti and fly-posting
• fly tipping and abandoning cars
• anti social drinking
• signs of using drugs or dealing drugs
• threats, intimidation and violence towards residents and passers-by
• the misuse of fireworks
• racial and any other acts of harassment.
