The council works with community and voluntary organisations in South Oxfordshire

You can also visit Oxfordshire Community and Voluntary Action, an umbrella organisation providing information and services for voluntary organisations in Oxfordshire.
The council works with and supports a number of local voluntary and community organisations (VCOs) working in South Oxfordshire.
Voluntary Sector Forum
The council holds an annual forum for VCOs, in partnership with Oxfordshire Community and Voluntary Action (OCVA) to discuss and debate current issues and future ways of working. The last forum was held in October 2008 and you can download a report of this and previous year's events by selecting from the options on the right.
The council has also contributed to the development of the Oxfordshire Compact which is a framework against which the relationship between the statutory, voluntary, community and faith sectors can be monitored and evaluated.
