There are various schemes available to help keyworkers afford to live in South Oxfordshire. Catalyst Homebuy administer the schemes.
Who is a keyworker?
Keyworkers are people who contribute to the economic or social well-being of a community through their work or who needs to live close to a community because of the nature of their work. This includes people working wide selection of sectors i.e. health, education, police services, fire services and MOD. For more information about eligibility please visit Catalyst Homebuy .
How do I apply?
To find out about the products on offer and whether you are eligible please go to the Catalyst website.
To apply, first join the South Oxfordshire District Council housing register. Then you can register with Catalyst Housing Group (in charge of HomeBuy) by calling 0845 601 7729, applying online or downloading the application form on the right.
