How much does it cost to apply for planning permission?
That depends on what sort of application you are submitting and what you are proposing to do. The fees list will give you guidance on the fee (79.0 KB)
you will need to include with your particular application. Fees are set by the government.
How can you pay for your application?
You can pay for you application by cheque or by card.
Please make cheques payable to South Oxfordshire District Council and send this with your completed application.
If you would like to pay over the telephone by card please contact the planning service. Or if you are applying through the planning portal you can pay online when your submit application.
